Working Towards a Better Tomorrow
Alpha Gamma Xi Military Sorority, Incorporated (AGXi) is an international organization that was founded by military women, for military women. Membership in AGXi is offered to women of all branches, who have served a minimum of two years in the United States Armed forces, or have served honorably in the past. Membership is also extended to widows that have been awarded Veterans status.
Founded on January 1, 2014, Alpha Gamma Xi Military Sorority, Incorporated is dedicated to: Providing programs and initiatives to accomplish the vision of our five pillars of purpose: Service, Stewardship, Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Solidarity; to being trailblazers in our community; to being the Premier Military Sorority.
Beta Chapter received its Charter on May 28, 2016. As a Chapter, we seek to further our Founder's vision of serving our local communities while providing a true sisterhood that will allow military women to grow and flourish in every aspect of their lives.
Alpha Gamma Xi promotes philanthropic giving, ongoing leadership, personal development and above all, a spirit of loving, military sisterhood. Guided by our Faith, Alpha Gamma Xi strive to attain a higher standard, thereby improving their lives, the lives of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen , and the communities in which they live. Together, we continually work to inspire and impact the world.
5 Pillars of Purpose
Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority, Inc., members have 5 Pillars of Purpose upon which we uphold ourselves. Each of the 5 Pillars of Purpose represent excellence for which our members strive; Service, Sisterhood, Stewardship, Scholarship and Solidarity.

Service - We Strive to empower women to excel in their service to their countries, as well as, their service to their communities through mentoring and community service initiatives
Sisterhood - The bond developed and shared through membership to this organization will serve to aid its members in accomplishing professional and personal goals both within and outside the military sector.
Stewardship - Our ethical responsibility as women of the US Armed Forces is to protect and serve. Through the S.H.E.R.O. Program members will assist women veterans that are displaced or in need through philanthropic initiatives.
Scholarship - Our responsibility does not end with our service members and our veterans; we also have a responsibility to the family that supports them. Our scholarship initiative provides funding to children of veterans, assisting them in fulfilling their educational goals.
Solidarity - The final of the 5 pillars is the foundation which Alpha Gamma Xi was built upon. We strive to be united in thought and actions to achieve the goals of the Sorority.

MISSION STATEMENT
Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority, Inc., is an international organization dedicated to being the premier Military Sorority offering membership to current and past women of the United States Armed Forces; to providing programs and initiatives to assist our deserving members in accomplishing the vision of Service, Sisterhood, Stewardship, Scholarship, and Solidarity; to being trailblazers in our military community with our veteran initiative: SHERO - Sorors Helping to Excel and Restore Others is our initiative to help empower and enrich the lives of our female veterans that may be displaced or in need, through philanthropic actions. AGXi Sorority, Inc. will be partnering with a variety of organizations that focus on veterans in order to fulfill our goals of Stewardship and Service. Through our goals and initiative, we hope to not only impact the lives of our veterans, but those of our members by giving them monthly opportunities to serve the community and making a positive impact in the lives of those around them.
